Food & Beverage Lead – Seasonal (Outdoor Pool).

Memorial Day – Labor Day | Outdoor Pool Operations.
We are seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Lead to run daily operations at our high-volume outdoor pool. This role is the engine of our revenue operation, overseeing a fast-paced counter serving food, beverages, ice cream, and alcohol to up to 250 guests on peak days.
This is not a sit-back-and-manage role—you will be on the floor, leading from the front, keeping service fast, organized, and guest-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all front counter operations (POS, order flow, guest service).
  • Supervise and direct counter staff and food runners.
  • Ensure fast, accurate service during high-volume periods.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff (located off-site within facility) to maintain flow of food orders.
  • Manage daily setup, stocking, and closing procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas.
  • Oversee alcohol service compliance (ID checks, responsible service).
  • Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs.
  • Step into any role as needed (register, runner, service).
