Pool Scouts of Wesley Chapel is hiring motivated and hard-working individuals to serve as pool technicians. No experience required If you're trustworthy and reliable, we'll train you to service our customers' swimming pools. Positions available with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour!
Pool Scouts is a residential pool service company whose mantra is "Perfect Pools, Scout's Honor." Pool Technicians travel to customer homes to clean pools, ensure proper water chemistry, and verify pool equipment is 100% functional. We're professionalizing the industry and provide high-quality, recurring cleaning and maintenance services to our customers!

What Our Technicians Do
  • Test water chemistry & add chemicals as needed
  • Vacuum & skim the pool
  • Ensure a clean pool deck

Job Requirements
  • Be willing to submit to a nationwide background check.
  • Hard-working with a can-do attitude

  • Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
  • High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.

Previous pool experience and/or mechanically inclined helpful but not required. We provide on-the-job training.
