ASP Tucson Northeast is looking for a hands-on Service Manager to lead our Service and Repair Department.
This is a working manager role for someone who understands pool equipment, enjoys solving problems, communicates well, and wants to help other technicians succeed in the field. This role gives the right person a real leadership position with the ability to help shape and improve the Service and Repair Department at ASP.

About You
You are the ideal candidate for the Service Manager position if you
  • Are a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to mentorship and professional development
  • Naturally operate with safety, professionalism, accountability, and quality work in mind at all times
  • Have at least 3 years of experience repairing and installing pool equipment, including automation, pumps, filters, heaters, cleaners, and salt systems
  • Are familiar with water chemistry practices and principles
  • Can successfully manage and prioritize a busy, complex schedule
  • Communicate well both verbally and in writing
  • Are happy working both in the field and in an office environment
  • Are smartphone and computer savvy
  • Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Are able to lift and carry 50 lb
Additional preferred qualifications include:
  • 2 or more years of management experience
  • 2 or more years of sales experience
What You'll Do
  • You will be responsible for helping lead, organize, and grow the Service and Repair Department. This includes field support, management, and sales duties, including
  • Managing and supporting a team of Pool Service & Repair Technicians
  • Helping schedule, coordinate, and prioritize service and repair work
  • Responding to incoming service and repair leads and technician-submitted alerts
  • Helping meet company revenue and gross-margin goals through accurate quoting, customer follow-up, and strong service execution
  • Building strong customer relationships by communicating clearly and professionally and setting realistic expectations for project timelines and costs
  • Helping train technicians on equipment diagnostics, repairs, water chemistry, customer communication, and company processes
  • Providing hands-on field support as needed
  • Managing parts, materials, equipment, warehouse inventory, and truck inventory
  • Using company training resources to continue improving technical knowledge and leadership skills
