Seasonal Pool Server

Position Summary
The Pool Server delivers warm, attentive, and efficient food and beverage service to guests enjoying the pool deck and event lawn. This role blends elevated service standards with a relaxed, vibrant outdoor atmosphere, ensuring every guest feels cared for from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly; establish rapport and anticipate needs
  • Present menus, explain offerings, and make thoughtful food & beverage recommendations
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
  • Deliver food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address service needs or concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service stations
  • Follow all responsible alcohol service and safety guidelines
  • Support pool deck events and peak-volume periods with flexibility and teamwork

Qualifications

  • Previous serving experience preferred (hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant a plus)
