Frontier Hospitality Group, voted Best Small Business in the Quad Cities Business Journal four years in a row, would love for you to join our team at the Home2 Suites - Bettendorf, Iowa.As the Maintenance Mechanic, you'll ensure the safety and comfort of hotel guests - making sure all activities are delivered safely and with compliance, as well as ensuring your hotel always looks their best. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Performs in-house repairs in regard to minor painting, wall vinyl, carpentry and repairs of wallboard.Makes minor repairs to electrical systems such as refrigeration controls, televisions and related systems and lighting systems.Makes minor repairs on general plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipelines, toilets and sinks.Performs regular checks of pool and spa, backwashes and vacuums as needed and maintains a proper pH condition and chlorine level of the water.Performs preventative maintenance on guest rooms, public spaces, and other areas of the hotel.Provides van transportation for guests as directed.
