About the Role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Pool Designer / Landscape Designer to lead the design of high-end residential outdoor living spaces. This role focuses on custom swimming pools, landscaping, hardscapes, outdoor kitchens, patios, pergolas, and luxury outdoor environments. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with customer-facing experience to deliver innovative and functional outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design custom residential pools, landscapes, and outdoor living environments.

Meet with homeowners to understand project goals, budgets, and design preferences.

Develop conceptual designs, 2D construction drawings, and 3D renderings.

Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure design accuracy.

Select appropriate materials, plants, lighting, irrigation, and hardscape elements.

Ensure designs comply with local building codes and permitting requirements.

Revise plans based on client feedback and maintain project timelines.

Stay current with industry trends, materials, and sustainable landscape practices.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in landscape or pool design.

Strong portfolio of luxury residential landscape and pool projects.

Proficiency with landscape design software (AutoCAD, Structure Studios, SketchUp, DynaSCAPE, Land F/X, or similar).

Knowledge of pool construction, grading, drainage, irrigation, and hardscape design.

Excellent presentation and client communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications
