TLC Construction is looking for a General Construction Team Member!

 

A 4-Day Work Week & Travel Expenses Paid (when out of town travel is necessary)

$18.00-$30.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are a trusted nursing home contractor for the State of Indiana, and we're expanding our construction team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to be involved in projects from breaking ground to final state certification.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assiting with new contruction and renovation projects from start to finish.
  • Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, furnishings, and property.
  • Working with a tight-knit crew that values safety, quality, and accountability.
  • Ensuring all work meets Life Safety and Fire Code requirements.
  • Helping maintain clean, safe, and efficient job sites.
