Pay: $17 / hour + performance bonuses up to $2,500.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 3:00PM

What to Expect?
As an Inside Sales Associate at POOLCORP, you will be an important part of the customer experience. In this fast-paced, customer-facing role, you will assist customers at the counter and over the phone by answering product questions, processing orders, recommending solutions, and helping ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience. You will build strong relationships with customers while also supporting showroom and basic warehouse operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, learning products, and working in a hands-on team environment.
On a daily basis our Inside Sales Associate:
  • Assists walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
  • Accurately enters sales orders, generates invoices, and processes payments or credit authorizations according to company policy
  • Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
  • Evaluates and determines disposition of warranty items handled at the counter, as prescribed by the manufacturer's warranty policy and customer needs.
  • Provides an estimated date of delivery to the customer based on knowledge of the vendor's production and delivery schedules.
  • Pulls, stages, and distributes customer orders efficiently, including occasional use of an RF scanner.
  • Restocks and replenishes showroom merchandise to maintain product availability and presentation.
  • Cross-trains in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties to support overall branch operations.

What You Will Need:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting directly with customers for most of the day.
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to use basic computer systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs. using equipment such as a dolly.

Preferred: High school diploma or GED, 1+ years of related inside sales experience, Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction/maintenance.
