About the Role:
PoolSmith's Renovations LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Pool Construction Lead to join our growing team in Eustis, FL. This is your chance to take ownership of exciting pool projects from the ground up, leading a crew and delivering stunning results for our customers. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise pool construction crews on residential and commercial job sites
  • Oversee all phases of pool construction including excavation, plumbing, gunite/shotcrete, tile, and decking
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain workflow
  • Enforce job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
  • Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities
  • Troubleshoot construction issues and implement effective solutions on the fly
  • Conduct site inspections and communicate progress updates to management
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in pool construction, renovation, or a related trade
  • Proven leadership experience managing a construction crew
  • Strong knowledge of pool construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
