Job Summary
We are a small, family-owned business based in Elkhart, IN, looking for a dedicated and skilled Pool Construction to join our team. As a close-knit business, we pride ourselves on offering personal, high-quality service to our clients. Do you enjoy working outdoors?! We are looking for full or part time help doing pool installs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean work site, collect & dispose of rubble trash & debris.
  • Dig ditches, hand bore under driveways & sidewalks.
  • Assist with mixing, pouring & placing concrete.
  • Help construction laborers by performing duties of lesser skill.
  • Load/unload necessary equipment and supplies for job.
  • Build the structure of the pool using materials
  • Install equipment such as pumps, heaters, and filters.
  • Build a concrete deck around the pool.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift and carry over 50 pounds
