Avanti Food & Beverage Vail is hiring Cocktail Servers for the summer season. This role is a great fit for individuals looking for a flexible summer job in a fast-paced, social environment with strong earning potential.

Compensation:
  • Vail Minimum Wage + FOH Pooled Tips
  • Tipped pool minimum
  • High guest volume and consistent summer traffic
  • $12.14 hourly + tips (Guaranteed match of at least $21.50/hour for all shifts) and discounts on food & beverages.

• Maintain a large section of up to 50 guests in various patio and lounge areas throughout your shift.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor and the ability to upsell!
• Explain and promote our beverage menu, including beer, wine, and cocktails, with a high level of salesmanship.
• Work efficiently and calmly during high-volume service periods.
• Maintain a positive and polite attitude toward guests and fellow employees.
