Our local Harmonic hot tub manufacturing facility in Franklin KY, professional pool building expertise and 29- year-old family- owned core truly set us apart in all our markets. Position SummaryThe Maintenance Technician will provide consistent quality pool cleaning and maintenance service, developing and maintaining a base of satisfied clients. Duties/Responsibilities: ● To ensure consistent client satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and referrals.● Provide a reliable, efficient and professional service to clients.● Provide professional pool cleaning, water balancing, and client follow up.● Load vehicle with standard and out of ordinary stock. Ensure all stock removed from warehouse is accurately recorded and maintain stock register and required tools to undertake services.● Accurately record all materials and products used on site for invoicing purposes.● Identify and report any maintenance problems or faults.● Identify poolside opportunities for upselling/sales opportunities; refer to Senior technician or management if needed.● Maintain accurate and current technical information and skills.● Maintain high presentation standards in vehicle, uniforms and stationery.● Maintain a clean and safe vehicle environment, including vehicle presentation adhering to OSHA policies and procedures.● Maintain and service the motor vehicle, provided equipment and tools.● Attend all training sessions, staff meetings and activities as requested to remain up to date on all innovations in the business so that the service provided is always "best practice".● Maintain positive, honest, open, and effective communications, relationships and morale at all levels in the business. Contact with each customer must be made prior to arrival.● Maintain contact with various manufacturer's technical service teams.● Collect payment or any amount due during each site visit.
