Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to maintain swimming pools and related equipment. The ideal candidate will perform routine cleaning, water testing, chemical balancing, equipment inspections, and basic repairs while providing excellent customer service. Candidate must be able to commute to office in Dennis MA.  

Responsibilities:

  • Clean swimming pools by skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing walls and tiles, and emptying skimmer and pump baskets.
  • Test water chemistry and adjust chemical levels to maintain safe, balanced water.
  • Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and other pool equipment for proper operation.
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor equipment repairs.
  • Identify and report equipment issues that require additional service or replacement.
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate completed work to customers or supervisors.
  • Operate company vehicles and safely transport tools, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures for handling pool chemicals and equipment.
  • Deliver professional, courteous customer service at each service location.
  • Resolve Problems

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous pool service or maintenance experience is an asset but not always required.
  • Knowledge of pool water chemistry and filtration systems.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route.
