Seasonal Onsite Coordinators to support our workforce at a busy agricultural facility in Del Rey, CA!


Location: Del Rey, CA

Pay Rate: $19.00/HR

Schedule: 2nd and 3rd shifts available, Flexibility required

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to daily emails.
  • Communicate employee call-outs and attendance updates to the client.
  • Prioritize and fill open staffing requests promptly.
  • Dispatch employees daily and document dispatch notes accurately.
  • Screen and submit qualified candidates to the client for review.
  • Maintain regular communication with the client regarding staffing needs.
  • Partner with supervisors and team leads to ensure operational success.
  • Conduct daily safety walks and address any safety concerns.
  • Welcome and support new employees during onboarding and their first day.
  • Monitor employee time and attendance, following up on missed punches and meal violations.
  • Conduct safety meetings or toolbox talks as needed.
  • Document and communicate disciplinary actions in a timely manner.
  • Complete injury and incident reports immediately and notify the branch team.
  • Attend required client, safety, and HR meetings.
  • Follow company procedures when distributing payroll checks and maintain secure handling of all payroll documents.
  • Assist with contact tracing or other compliance-related tasks when necessary.
  • Submit daily safety reports and end-of-shift pass-down communications.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by acknowledging, updating, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Complete monthly safety compliance tasks, including GotSafety requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support client operations.\


Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules as needed
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
