As an international bank that was founded in Spain, BBVA has an established presence in 11 countries. These countries range from Mexico, Latin America to Turkey and as of now each of the 11 countries has its own web & mobile banking application.
The initiative for this group is to build one global application that can be used by all 11 countries. Depending on where you are trying to login to a BBVA application from, it will cater to that Country's language, laws and culture.
Technical Skills:
- Recent working experience with AngularJS/PolymerJS, Javascript, HTML 5, CSS3, Node.js and NPM
- Strong in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and jQuery.
- Expert in debugging Javascript and CSS.
- Experience with Protractor, Karma and Jasmine/Mocha
- Experience using integrating, and optimizing front end build tools (Grunt / Gulp)
- Experience with source control tools (Git)
- Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
- Integrated front-end applications with various types of APIs, and are comfortable with authentication and authorization (basic/OAuth/SAML)
- Familiar with common web application security concerns and you know how to prevent and fix exploits (XSS/clickjacking)
