Job Brief

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing Middle Office team within a multi-management fund platform.

The role is primarily responsible for providing support to trading desks, liaising with third parties on confirming transactions and settlements on time, performing reconciliations, and streamlining processes.

Job Description

  • Trade support to the trading desks
  • Perform fund operations including trade bookings, trade matching, failed trade investigations, daily reconciliations, P&L reconciliation.
  • Liaises with executing brokers, prime brokers, and fund administrator on break resolutions
  • Streamline and document workflow through automation and process review
  • Perform collateral and margin reporting
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Finance/ Business/ Economics/ Accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 5 yearsโ€™ experience working in financial services
  • Good knowledge of Listed products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to details
  • Positive and proactive mindset with good problem-solving skills
  • Strong excel & programming preferred
