Polyethylene Piping Fabrication Specialist

Location: Houston, TX 77048
Pay: $18โ€“$20 per hour
Schedule: 5:00 PMโ€“3:30 AM (train on first shift for 1โ€“3 months)
Duration: Temp to Hire

A day in this role

As your evening shift begins, youโ€™ll open the dayโ€™s pick tickets, review blueprints and product drawings, and stage materials, tools, and equipment. From there, youโ€™ll transform plans into precisely built assembliesโ€”working with polyethylene piping and components to create reliable systems that meet exact customer specifications.

What youโ€™ll build
  • Polyethylene piping systems and assemblies
  • Fittings, valves, Tโ€™s, Yโ€™s, and elbows
  • Aqua shields, geothermal vaults, and manholes
  • Dual containment units
  • Pumps and gas aeration lines
How youโ€™ll do it
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and pick ticket orders to determine required materials, tools, and equipment
  • Fabricate and assemble components into finished polyethylene systems
  • Follow established quality control procedures to verify every finished product meets customer specifications
What youโ€™ll bring
  • Prior fabrication or manufacturing experience (preferred)
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints/technical drawings
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
