Operations Management
- Accurately take customer orders using the POS system and ensure proper menu item handling.
- Package food items according to Wendy's standards and verify order accuracy before delivery to the guest.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, beverage station, dining room, and restrooms as assigned.
- Restock cups, condiments, napkins, straws, lids, and other supplies throughout the shift.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment, wiping surfaces, and organizing work areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control requirements.
Customer Service
- Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate service to every customer.
- Greet customers, answer menu questions, and ensure special requests are handled correctly.

- Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate issues to a Shift Leader or Manager as needed.
