Run entirely online, INFOASSA brings together researchers and academics from diverse backgrounds and walks of life to investigate today's most pressing issues. We endeavor to be a model for international scholarship, looking at the world through the lens of what connects us, rather than what divides us.
We are seeking intellectually rigorous and strategically minded professionals to join our research team. In an era of shifting global alliances and complex geopolitical challenges, this role is central to our mission of providing evidence-based analysis and actionable policy recommendations.
Job Responsibilities
  • Specialized Research: Conduct in-depth research on international relations, regional security, public policy, or geo-economic trends.
  • High-Level Reporting: Produce high-quality research briefs, policy recommendations, and analytical reports for government bodies, corporate executives, and the public.
  • Policy Monitoring: Provide real-time tracking of policy evolution in major powers, with a specific focus on Indo-Pacific region.
  • Intelligence Synthesis: Monitor global developments and provide real-time analysis of their impact on Singapore and the broader Indo-Pacific region.

Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in International Relations, Public Policy, or a related field, demonstrating rigorous academic training.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into concise, actionable policy briefs and strategic reports tailored for high-level decision-makers.
  • Possess acute sensitivity to geopolitical dynamics, particularly within the Indo-Pacific region, with the foresight to identify emerging political risks and strategic opportunities.
  • Strong capability to conduct independent research on complex global issues. Capable of drafting high-quality policy briefs and strategic assessment reports characterized by rigorous logic, concise writing, and highly actionable recommendations.
  • Possess at least 3 years of professional work experience, with priority given to candidates who have served within a Congress/Parliament, Government Agency, Military, or a leading Political Think Tank.
