Job description

Overall Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading strategic planning, project management, and operational execution across Tractor Supply Company's IR/PR organization, including Investor Relations, Sustainability, Government Relations, Public Relations, and the Tractor Supply Foundation. The role serves as the operational hub for the organization, partnering across Finance, Legal, Communications, HR, Merchandising and Store Operations to execute enterprise initiatives, manage executive priorities, and ensure key business commitments are delivered on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
  • Lead planning, coordination and execution of strategic initiatives across Investor Relations, Sustainability, Government Relations, Public Relations and the Tractor Supply Foundation.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise project plans, milestone tracking, dashboards and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate Board materials, executive presentations, annual reports, sustainability reporting, investor presentations and shareholder communications.
  • Manage annual operating calendars including earnings cycles, Board meetings, Foundation activities, ESG reporting and legislative priorities.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of Investor Relations priorities.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, budgets and resource needs while driving mitigation plans.
  • Develop standardized project management processes, templates and governance practices.
  • Support Investor Relations by coordinating earnings activities, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows and analyst engagement planning.
  • Serve as a liaison for investor and analyst inquiries and maintain Investor Relations CRM, interaction records and document management systems.
  • Coordinate executive travel, major events and external conferences supporting Corporate Affairs leadership.
  • Prepare Board materials, executive communications and PowerPoint presentations while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Coordinate action items, executive calendars, budgets, invoices, purchase orders and expense reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across Corporate Affairs.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, strategic planning, corporate affairs, communications, investor relations, sustainability, public affairs, finance, or business operations. Experience supporting executive leadership and leading cross-functional initiatives preferred.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Public Relations, Political Science, Marketing or related field. Equivalent experience considered. 

Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication. Strong financial and budget management skills. Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.

Platform knowledge: Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams). Experience in Asana project management is a plus.
