Turning Point Action is a 501(c)(4) organization founded in 2019 by Charlie Kirk. The organization's mission is to embolden the conservative base through grassroots activism and provide voters with the necessary resources to elect true conservative leaders. Turning Point Action has emerged as the country's leading grassroots organization, giving individuals the opportunity and platform to run for office at the local level, providing voters with critical information surrounding their district's candidates and elections, allowing them unparalleled access to some of the most impactful figures in the movement. Turning Point Action is on a mission to save America, one precinct at a time.
Job Description: Turning Point Action is looking for a Media Administrator who has a strong passion for creative marketing. This person will play a key role in marketing projects, video editing, social media, messaging, and events that support our mission to save America. The ideal candidate would have long form editing and social media experience!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop high-quality short-form videos tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and X.
  • Edit long-form video and audio content for podcast platforms, Youtube, and Rumble.
  • Stay up to date on relevant news, trends, and media.
  • Track social media and podcast engagement and insights.
  • Deliver assets to marketing channels.
  • Brainstorm and research ideas for original content.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to media.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has experience in editing long and short-form content.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in the office at our Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.
  • Strong and efficient writing skills.
  • Passion for conservative ideas and principles.
  • A self-starter and has a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Applies feedback constructively to improve performance.
