Overview
Targeted Victory is seeking an Analyst to join our team, focused on Public Affairs, Digital Content, and Communications. This individual must be a self-starter with a keen attention to detail, an eye for design, and a knack for writing. Applicants must be able to work in person at our Arlington, VA office.
Responsibilities
  • Review daily long-form audio and video content to identify high-performing clip opportunities (typically 30-90 seconds)
  • Edit and format clips for distribution across platforms, ensuring correct dimensions, captions, and specs for each channel
  • Publish content in a timely manner across X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Monitor third-party accounts that regularly share the client's content and report back to the team on what's gaining traction
  • Maintain a content tracker to avoid duplication and keep the team aligned on what's been posted where
  • Support the team in building and maintaining a weekly content calendar
  • Flag strong moments from interviews, monologues, and public appearances for team review

Qualifications
  • Active personal presence on at least two major social platforms
  • Basic video editing skills; mobile editing experience is a plus
  • Strong eye for what performs well on social, particularly short-form video
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a fast-moving content pipeline
  • Interest in political media, commentary, or digital content strategy
