You will be the Radio Operations Engineer - Level 4 for the Radio Operations team which is responsible for...


What You Will Be Doing


As the Radio Operations Engineer - Level 4 you will be responsible for the daytoday management, programming, maintenance, and repair of PLMR P25 radio systems and flightoperations airband radios at the Palmdale facility.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Program, configure, and maintain handheld, mobile, and base P25 radios, interfacing with the vendor for support and repair.

  • Maintain and repair flightoperations airband radios (fixed, remote, and mobile stations) to ensure uninterrupted flight and ground operations.

  • Install PLMR P25 radio systems in company vehicles and provide 24/7 emergencyservice availability.

  • Perform acceptance testing on flight hardware following LockheedMartin test procedures.

  • Utilize RF test equipment (digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF power meters, signal simulators) to troubleshoot and validate radio performance.
