About the Role:
Lakeshore Concrete Solutions LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Concrete Coating/Polishing Installer to join our growing team in Zeeland, MI. This is a hands-on role where you'll transform concrete surfaces into stunning, durable finishes for residential and commercial clients. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and love seeing a project come to life, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, shot blasting, and surface profiling prior to coating or polishing
  • Apply epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, and other decorative concrete coatings
  • Perform concrete polishing and densifying using industrial grinding equipment
  • Install flake broadcast systems, metallic epoxy, and other decorative floor systems
  • Operate and maintain surface preparation and polishing equipment
  • Ensure quality control throughout each phase of installation
  • Communicate professionally with clients on job sites and represent the company with integrity
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in concrete coatings, polishing, flooring installation, or a related trade preferred but not nessecary
  • Ability to operate surface grinders, and related equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and product systems on the job
