Job Title: Restaurant General Manager

Location: Regina, Saskatchewan

Job Description: The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure a seamless and profitable dining experience. This includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining high-quality service standards, and maximizing overall efficiency.

Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: They offer a competitive base salary package, ensuring your skills and contributions are duly recognized. Ranging from $75,000 to $85,000.
  • Bonus or additional Incentives: Bonus is paid quarterly on store performance and individual contributions. First year range starts at a full potential of $20,000 to year 5 of up to $30,000. Yearly Clothing & Cell Phone allowance

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Staff Management:

Operational Excellence:
