Position Title: AI Architect

Key Required Skills: AI Policy Expert with experience in AWS/Azure AI, Sagemaker, AI modeling, neural networks

Position Description: · Synthesize AI policy developments to provide actionable guidance to stakeholders and executives at SSA. · Develop and present impacts of AI policy trends on development and deployment of AI processes and products. · Provide guidance and develop formal AI artifacts to support evolution of AI at the agency. · Help to develop and organize policy initiatives and engagements on AI policy topics. · Promote responsible AI development of AI products and services. · Brief executive leadership, management, customer, and team using written or oral skills as appropriate technical level for audience. · Communicate broad understanding of AI practices and the underlying technology. · All other duties as assigned or directed.

Detailed Skills Requirements Basic Qualifications: · Synthesize AI policy developments to provide actionable guidance to stakeholders and executives at SSA. · Develop and present impacts of AI policy trends on development and deployment of AI processes and products. · Provide guidance and develop formal AI artifacts to support evolution of AI at the agency. · Help to develop and organize policy initiatives and engagements on AI policy topics. · Promote responsible AI development of AI products and services. · Brief executive leadership, management, customer, and team using written or oral skills as appropriate technical level for audience. · Communicate broad understanding of AI practices and the underlying technology. · All other duties as assigned or directed. Required Skills: · Experience with AI implementations. · Experience with development of AI guidance, such as attestation forms and testing guidance. · Experience with providing use case training for teams using AI. · Experience with conducting AI assessment including assessments within use cases for applications and/or commercial applications.

Experience with interpreting AI principles and AI policy: · Experience with AI ethics and policy development. · Experience with Azure AI services. · Experience with AWS AI services. Desired Skills: · Evolution of AI policy and/or framework. · Researching, analyzing, and evaluating AI policies. · Development of white papers or other documentation associated with AI.

Education · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, a related filed, or over 15 years of advanced information technology experience. · Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
