Responsibilities for Policy Specialist include but are not limited to:
· Support policy development and help launch products, features, or processes
· Resolve policy-related escalations from start to finish
· Follow established protocols to handle daily policy issues
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, operations, product)
· Share updates, insights, and information within the team
Candidates for Policy Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· 1+ years of experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or Legal
· Ability to handle high volumes of incoming requests
· Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· Strong communication, policy understanding, and crisis management skills

· Pay: $64.71/hr.
· Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hybrid (Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote)

Pay Details: $64.71 per hour
