We're seeking an experienced, reliable Poker Room Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the player's experience, and help grow and develop a well‐run, reputable poker environment. If you're organized, confident, and passionate about poker, this could be an excellent fit.

As the Poker Room Manager for a fast‐growing, player‐focused poker room in Texas, you'll thrive in a dynamic setting where understanding the flow of live poker is essential. You'll serve as the primary point of contact and the leader of all poker operations - holding staff accountable, supporting all department teams, and ensuring a professional, trustworthy, and enjoyable atmosphere for both players and employees. This role also involves collaborating closely with other floor managers to support both daily and future operations, ensuring the room runs efficiently and consistently. All teams and managers work directly with the Poker Manager to strategize for long‐term growth and sustainability, making this position central to the room's continued success. The ideal candidate brings experience, integrity, and a calm command of the room, especially during busy nights and high‐pressure situations. Responsibilities

  • Manage day‐to‐day poker room operations
