Job description

A Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of hazmat response professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. Ten West is willing to train the right individual with prior supervisory experience in the environmental industry. Their duties include; Selecting project team members from existing departments and setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines. Supervision of assigned projects including direct supervision of personnel. All paperwork and tracking documentation related to assigned projects. Also responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of departmental equipment, including pickups, gear trucks, response vehicles and powered equipment. Must be familiar with hazardous material spill response procedures and regulations governing them.
