Job description

Company Description

Farther is a rapidly growing RIA that combines expert advisors with cutting-edge technology - delivering a comprehensive, tailored wealth management experience.

Farther’s founders are leaders and innovators from the private wealth industry who possess a unique blend of traditional wealth management, fintech, and technology production expertise. We’re backed by top-tier venture capital firms, fintech investors, and industry leaders.

Joining Farther means joining a collaborative team of entrepreneurs who are passionate about helping their clients and our teammates achieve more. If you’re the type who breaks through walls to get things done the right way, we want to build the future of wealth management with you.

The Role

Farther is launching a new content program that turns advisor expertise into professional video and multimedia content — client stories, thought leadership, and brand-building material our advisors can't easily create on their own. As our Multimedia Producer, you'll own production end-to-end for the pilot cohort: scheduling the first shoot, coordinating the raw footage, and getting each piece polished and published. You'll be building the playbook for a program that doesn't exist yet, not just following one.

Your Impact
  • Own end-to-end production for advisor video and multimedia content, from shoot scheduling through final publish
  • Coordinate remote and in-person recording sessions using tools like Riverside
  • Quality-check AI-assisted edits and bring each piece to a polished, publish-ready state
  • Build and maintain a production tracker covering every piece of content, its status, owner, and turnaround
  • Partner directly with advisors and marketing associates to plan shoots, gather footage, and set clear timelines
  • Route content through Farther's compliance review process and manage edit cycles
  • Produce original video assets beyond advisor shoots, including short-form social content and program explainers
  • Build repeatable templates and playbooks so the program can scale without starting from scratch each time
  • Travel to Dallas and New York for shoots and events as needed
  • Report on production throughput, bottlenecks, and quality
The Ideal Match
  • 3+ years producing or project-managing video, podcast, or multimedia content at scale
  • Proven ability to manage multiple productions at once across different owners and timelines
  • Strong, concise communicator, comfortable working directly with busy professionals
  • Comfortable building process in an early-stage environment where the playbook doesn't exist yet
  • Based in Dallas or New York and willing to work across all our locations and events
Bonus Points
  • Experience with Riverside, Descript, or similar remote recording platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted editing and content tools
  • Understanding of compliance considerations for financial content (e.g. testimonial and review requirements)
  • Experience writing content briefs, production playbooks, or SOPs
  • Background in SEO or AEO (answer engine optimization) content formats
Why Join Us
  • Competitive comp package that rewards impact
  • Work alongside some of the brightest minds in fintech
  • Ground-floor opportunity at a fast-scaling startupChart your own growth path as we expand
  • Full health benefits + 401(k) matching & Roth IRA options
  • Unlimited PTO
