About the Role:

As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial and administrative tasks of our organization, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your duties will include:

  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the executive team, including correspondence, meeting coordination, and data entry.

  • Human Resources: Assist with HR functions, including recruitment, employee data management, and employee relations.

  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor contracts, insurance claims, and other business-related activities.
