PMS, or Property Management Systems, are software applications designed to help hotels and other property managers handle daily operations such as reservations, guest check-in/check-out, housekeeping, billing, and reporting. Modern PMS solutions often integrate with other technologies like point-of-sale systems, online booking engines, and channel managers to provide a seamless experience for both staff and guests.
