This full-time position offers the choice of independent contractor (1099) or employed (W2) pay models, supported by an experienced physical medicine physician leadership team. The role focuses on excellence in rehabilitation within stable practices anchored by inpatient rehab.

Practice Info

  • Stable practices anchored with inpatient rehab and supplemented with hospital consults and/or SNF and/or LTAC

Compensation

  • Independent contractor (1099) and employed (W2) pay model choice
  • Guaranteed Base Salary $250,000 – $300,000 yearly
