Job description

Riverside Research is an independent National Security Nonprofit dedicated to research and development in the national interest. We provide high-end technical services, research and development, and prototype solutions to some of the countrys most challenging technical problems.

Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Intelligence Project Manager to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team managing a variety of intelligence contracts and task orders on behalf of the customer. The Intelligence Project Manager will assist in translating government technical goals into repeatable processes, leveraging interconnected tools, and contract language. In the absence of established processes, interconnected tools and data structures, and available contract language the Intelligence Project Manager will assist in the development of the missing processes, tools, structures, or contract language. They will collaborate with acquisition leads and support financial planning and execution tracking activities, providing timely reporting and analysis. The Intelligence Project Manager will oversee the development and maintenance of resource requirement processes, tools, and documentation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective resource allocation. Analyze data and recommend improvements. They will also facilitate business analytic data aggregation, visualization, and analysis to guide future policy and planning decisions.


  • Support, and when needed lead, the development, documentation, and governance of data dictionaries, business rules, user guides, and training materials to ensure consistent interpretation of data, program requirements, and performance metrics      
  • Translate policy, acquisition, and operational requirements into clearly defined data standards and business logic that support analytics, reporting, and decision-support solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Excel (Power Query), and O365 tools. 
  • Produce mission-focused user documentation and technical guidance, incorporating dashboards, data visualizations, and process flows as appropriate to improve usability and adoption of analytics tools and reporting solutions. 
  • Design and deliver training materials and formal briefings to communicate current and evolving processes, data structures, and analytical tools to government, contractor, technical, and non-technical audiences. 
  • Contribute to the design, development, testing, and sustainment of project tracking, analytics, and visualization tools, leveraging Power BI, Tableau, Excel Power Query, SharePoint permissions and lists, and Power Automate  
  • Utilize SharePoint and Power Automate to support workflow automation, document control, data collection, and process standardization in support of program management and analytics activities. 
  • Support contract administration and execution, including tracking of contract deliverables, review of invoices, and monitoring of obligations and expenditures to support program compliance and financial accountability. 
  • Coordinate standing or one-time meetings, working groups, or tiger teams as needed; prepare minutes, track status of various projects, draft white papers/briefings and present recommendations to decision makers as required 
  • Other duties as assigned 

  • Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication  
  • Bachelor’s in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields 
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience with Intel PM duties to include demonstrated experience with Tableau, Excel tools, and SharePoint 
  • Demonstrated experience with Business Analytics and the principals of analyzing financial and production data 
  • Effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint 
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction  
  • Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel  
  • Adaptability: able to balance multiple tasks & shift between projects quickly 
  • Eagerness to acquire new skills based on recognition of customer need 
  • Open to occasional travel
