Key responsibilities for this role include:
  • Support the Site Lean Champion in the planning, coordination, and execution of Lean initiatives, site priorities, governance routines, and key operational projects. Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, including defining objectives, developing project plans, establishing timelines, and tracking milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or barriers, and proactively escalate issues that may impact timelines or successful execution.
  • Maintain project plans, action logs, dashboards, and other tools to ensure visibility, accountability, and timely follow-through on commitments.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including developing agendas, documenting decisions and action items, and following up with stakeholders to ensure completion.
  • Support Lean governance routines by preparing materials, tracking actions, documenting decisions, monitoring overdue items, and escalating barriers when needed. Support the development and coordination of Site Leadership Team meetings, business reviews, town halls, and other key site forums.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, executive summaries, and other materials to support effective communication and decision-making.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze information and performance data to identify trends, provide insights, and support site priorities.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with appropriate discretion and professionalism.
  • In collaboration with the Senior Associate Site Operations, assist with coordinating site visits, leadership events, workshops, and other high-priority activities as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, communication, coordination, and overall organizational effectiveness.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 4 years of relevant experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
  • Must possess knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook. PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred but not required.
  • Must possess strong project management, planning and organizational skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and ability to work independently with limited direction.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is: $66,000 - $127,000.
