Job description

Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master
Our client, an established insurance company, is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master to join their team, hit the ground running, and help drive to success. This is a contact to hire position, with defined plans for conversion to permanent. The employee will work in the office 2-3 days per week with a very flexible schedule.

What will you do?
  • Serve as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environment.
  • Follow best practices for ensuring teams are meeting project deadlines and project requirements

Required Skills/Certifications
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, CSM certification required
  • MUST have prior experience in the insurance industry.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
  • Proven experience holding project teams (of developers, analysts, test, etc) accountable.
  • Successful track record of managing large-scale, enterprise software and/or data projects
