Summary:
The Sr. Manager Integrated GTM PMO (Project Management Office), plays a crucial role in executing ADT's go-to-market strategies and digital transformation initiatives. This position is responsible for overseeing complex portfolios and projects, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and organizational goals. You'll directly influence the success of ADT's marketing and digital experience initiatives, drive innovation, and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape ADT's marketing transformation, enhancing its position as a leader in the security and smart home technology space.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Align and execute a comprehensive program management framework aligned with ADT's overarching go-to-market strategy, ensuring the delivery of strategic business objectives.
  • Lead strategic planning and prioritization of the portfolio while driving governance of interconnected initiatives to optimize alignment with ADT's business goals and go-to-market strategy.
  • Govern the portfolio through robust oversight and decision tools to enhance coherence between initiatives and maximize outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the program management organization.
  • Conduct high-level planning across interdependent efforts to understand resource demands, dependencies, and needs from functions and vendors.
  • Develop and oversee robust budget forecasting and financial modeling processes to accurately project resource needs, spending, and potential variances across the organization's portfolio of programs and projects.
  • Ensure program objectives and resource allocation directly support key strategies while mitigating portfolio risks and constraints.
  • Leverage analytics at a portfolio level to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across all organizational levels and functions to align teams, share knowledge, and deliver successful programs.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge and skills by participating in training programs, attending and staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in project and program management.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and development of the department by identifying opportunities for process improvements, cross-training initiatives, and collaborating with team members to support the successful delivery of all programs.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
