Position Summary
The Office Manager provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, CFO and a small team. This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support, managing schedules, coordinating travel and events, maintaining office supplies, supporting special projects, and ensuring day-to-day administrative operations run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO and CFO's calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings and ensure all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Plan and coordinate company meetings, team events, employee recognition activities, and leadership off sites.
  • Manage event logistics including venues, catering, materials, technology needs, and communications.
  • Provide administrative support to a small team, including scheduling, document preparation, meeting coordination, light accounting, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding logistics and employee recognition programs.
  • Serve as the contact for facilities related requests.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipping requests and other related work.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and departmental projects.
Qualifications
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of administrative, executive assistant, office management, or related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
