Job description

SERVER
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet guests promptly and courteously
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring proper course timing
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
  • Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and handle requests or complaints professionally
  • Prepare itemized checks and process payments
  • Ensure tables are properly set and maintained
  • Communicate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service
  • Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • Utilized for events as needed
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Previous experience as a server preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Familiarity with POS system is a plus
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
