Job description

The Financial Analyst is a key contributor within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis that drives strategic decision-making across the organization. This role involves compiling, interpreting, and presenting financial data to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance management. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces continuous improvement, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance financial outcomes and operational efficiency.  This is a hybrid position reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis with work in office on Monday -Wednesday and remote work Thursday-Friday.


The Financial Analyst's Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
  • Support the corporate budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Partner with business units to deliver actionable insights that improve financial performance and close operational gaps.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to support executive decision-making.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives that enhance financial systems, reporting, and planning capabilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record of building cross-functional relationships and driving results.
