Position Overview

The Commercial Plumbing Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in commercial properties. This role requires a strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to getting the job done!


Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and gas lines.

  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify plumbing issues.

  • Work on large-scale commercial fixtures such as water heaters, boilers, pumps, back-flow prevention devices, and other specialized systems.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.

  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, project managers, and clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job site conditions.

  • Provide excellent workmanship and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing (preferred).

  • Valid plumbing license or certification (if required by state).

  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, tools, and materials.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
