Our Plumbers average about 44 hours a week making 100-150K+ a year!

(REQUIRED RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE)

LICENSED PLUMBER

Job Description:

-Installing all residential plumbing fixtures and systems

-Repair and maintain plumbing systems by replacing washers, mending burst pipes, opening clogged drains.

-Comply with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes by enforcing adherence to requirements.

-Provide plumbing information to customers by answering questions and requests.

-Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

-No on call rotation

-One working Saturday every 4 weeks

Plumber Qualifications:

  • -Master, Journeyman or Tradesman License with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation
  • -Clean driving record and current valid drivers license
  • -Ability to pass a drug test and background check required
  • -Strong customer service and communication skills

Physical and Mental Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and move items of 75 pounds and/or more on regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces
  • Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop on a frequent basis for extended periods
  • Must be able to work in cramped or high places such as attics, ladders and tunnels
  • Must be able to carry heavy items up and down stairs
  • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, rain, snow or sleet
  • Must have mental skills such as critical thinking , problem solving, and a technical vocabulary to understand direction and adhere to established procedures.
  • Must be willing to adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as customer service complaints.
  • Must be able to complete a Job Physical Assessment
