Plumber – Residential Services

At Problem Solvers Plumbing LLC., we’ve built a team that sets a high standard and we’re looking to add to it. We’re seeking skilled Commercial/Residential Plumbers with 3+ years of plumbing expertise to service homeowners in our Northern Virginia Washington DC, Montgomery County, Prince Georges County ,and Frederick County, MD service area.

This is a hands-on residential service role centered around troubleshooting and understanding the full plumbing system. You’ll be joining a team that already operates at a high level, where technicians are trusted to diagnose issues, think critically, and deliver real solutions for homeowners.

Success in this role comes from being able to see the bigger picture-identifying not only the immediate issue, but also opportunities for preventative maintenance, repairs, and system improvements that can be handled in the moment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience

  • Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and plumbing codes

  • Ability to diagnose residential plumbing problems

  • Comfortable using software and technology (ServiceTitan, iPad, phone, inventory systems)
