What You’ll Do:

  • Qualified applicants will ideally possess a minimum of 1 year of Sewer/Excavation work or residential service plumbing work experience
  • Working knowledge of the care and use of standard hand tools used in the construction and maintenance of water and sewer installations
  • Assist the plumber and excavation operator onsite and excavation
  • Cut and assemble pipe fittings
  • Assist in backfill and clean up after sewer is reassembled
  • Adhere to all safety policies and protocol
  • Applicant must have previous plumbing experience and be able to work in outdoor weather conditions
  • Ability to follow directions well, and demonstrate a sound work ethic
  • Honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness in dealing with customers; some cash handling
  • Ability to perform strenuous work in varying weather conditions for prolonged periods of time and work while in kneeling, sitting, or prone positions depending upon assignment
  • Ability to understand and follow specific oral and written instructions, work with others, and deal with customers in a courteous manner
