What You’ll Do
As a Journeyman Plumber, you’ll diagnose, repair, maintain, and install plumbing systems for residential and light commercial customers. You’ll represent 1 Tom Plumber in customers’ homes and businesses while providing professional service and effective solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Diagnosing plumbing problems and recommending effective solutions
  • Completing plumbing repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance
  • Servicing residential and light commercial plumbing systems
  • Explaining findings, options, and completed work clearly to customers
  • Ensuring work complies with Minnesota plumbing codes and company standards
  • Maintaining accurate job documentation and service reports
  • Operating company-provided vehicles, tools, and equipment responsibly
  • Following all safety procedures and industry best practices
  • Delivering a professional, respectful, and positive customer experience
