Serving all of Southeastern Michigan: Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, St. Clair, Washtenaw, Livingston, Genesee, Lenawee, Monroe Counties and Greater Lansing Area

Still Locally Owned. Still Focused on Plumbers and Customers.

At Edwards Plumbing & Heating, we are proud to remain a locally owned and operated plumbing company. While many companies in our industry have recently been acquired by private equity groups and large corporations, Edwards continues to be led by the same ownership that built the company.

We believe plumbing is a skilled trade, not just a sales number. Our focus remains on supporting our employees, providing quality workmanship, treating customers honestly, and building a company where experienced plumbers can take pride in their work.

If you are looking for a career with a company that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and the people who make the business successful, Edwards Plumbing & Heating may be the right fit for you.

Responsibilities and Duties

The ideal candidate will uphold our core values—honesty, professionalism, and integrity—on every job, whether in a customer’s home or on a commercial project. Candidates must be able to listen to customers or project managers, provide quality solutions, and perform plumbing work with exceptional craftsmanship. This includes diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems, as well as completing commercial and new-construction tasks such as rough-ins, undergrounds, top-outs, fixture installations, and gas, water, waste, and vent piping.

Our plumbers should be well-versed in all stages of plumbing, from faucet repairs, drain cleaning, sewer replacements, leak detection, toilets, disposals, water heaters, and recirculation pumps, to larger commercial installations and remodel projects.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience in residential service, commercial work, or new construction, with the ability to clearly write up and present repair or installation options when needed. Applicants must be professional, reliable, and customer-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required, along with a positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Edwards Plumbing & Heating offers a complete benefits package including:

• Medical insurance
• 401(k) Plan
• Paid Holidays

• Paid training
• Weekly Earned Bonuses
• Gas Card
• iPad Pro Tablet
• Dispatch from home (Service Technicians)

Company Description

We’re a full-service residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC company. Our services range from emergency repairs and underground utility work to full remodels and restoration projects. With over 50 employees and $7M+ in annual sales, we’re growing fast — and looking for dedicated professionals to grow with us.
