We are hiring a Plumber - someone who can do the work, solve problems, and contribute immediately. Whether you are a licensed journeyman, an experienced service plumber, a drain technician, or a mechanically inclined worker with plumbing skills, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
Core Responsibilities

  • Perform hydro jetting, snaking, and camera inspections
  • Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, and commercial kitchen plumbing

  • Work professionally with customers and represent Dover in the field

Advanced Responsibilities (If Qualified)
  • Backflow testing & repair (certified or willing to become certified)
  • Larger installations such as water heaters, supply line work, and complex repairs
  • Work requiring a licensed journeyman (if you hold the credential)

You do not need to be licensed to apply - we pay based on what you can do.

  • 2+ years hands-on plumbing or drain experience
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability
  • Comfortable performing common plumbing repairs

Drain Techs / Apprentice-Level Candidates
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with drains, jetting, sewer, or related work is a plus
  • Willing to learn and develop into a full-service plumber

If you can produce quality work, we have a place for you.
Pay Structure
Compensation is based on demonstrated skill and any licenses/certifications held.
Weekly estimates assume a typical 50-hour week (40 regular + ~10 overtime). Actual hours may vary.

  • MUST pass company pre-hire process (includes background check, drug screening, and review of MVR, etc.)

Backflow Certification is a major plus - and we can sponsor training.
Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8-10 hour shifts
  • Overtime available
  • On-call rotation
  • Occasional weekend work

Benefits
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off + holidays
