Job description

Overview

Compensation: $30 to $50 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and installation of plumbing systems in properties owned by the park.
  • Handle all aspects of piping, drainage, venting, fixtures, and address issues such as leaks, backups, and clogs.
  • Manage the winterization and startup processes for plumbing across all buildings.
  • Interpret blueprints and building specifications to design layouts for plumbing systems and materials.
  • Conduct HVAC tasks, including preventative maintenance such as filter changes, coil cleaning, belt replacements, and coordinating with external contractors.
  • Perform refrigeration maintenance and diagnostics, while also coordinating with outside contractors as needed.
  • Monitor and test fire protection pumps, ensuring annual testing is conducted.
  • Supervise sewer ejector systems.
  • Oversee fire protection piping and manage any necessary external contractor work.
  • Address and repair any gas or propane leaks.
  • Organize and schedule hours for the plumbing shop.
  • Repair air lines on rides and install new systems as required.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid Massachusetts Plumber’s License.
  • A strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
