Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively seeking experienced, insured 1099 plumbing contractors to join our network for residential maintenance work orders. We provide consistent opportunities within your service area from trusted partners without any fees. You manage your own schedule, receive real job assignments, and get paid promptly upon job completion.

Superior Contracting & Maintenance (www.superior-maintenance.com) is a reputable home repair and maintenance company with over 13 years of industry experience, headquartered near Atlanta, GA. Our focus is on providing high-quality, reliable plumbing services to homeowners and property management clients.

As a 1099 Plumber contractor with us, youโ€™ll handle residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations with professionalism and expertise.

Requirements

  • Must be an independent 1099 contractor with active General Liability Insurance (COI required)
  • At least 3 years of professional plumbing experience
  • Must own and maintain your own plumbing tools and reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV)
  • Ability to complete a brief onboarding call with our vendor team prior to job assignments
  • Proficient in using an online service portal to manage work orders and communication
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and dependable transportation
  • Must reside and operate within the US

Disqualifiers:

  • Lacking current insurance coverage (COI)
  • Inability to participate in onboarding or communicate professionally
  • No reliable vehicle or trade tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to residential plumbing service requests
  • Diagnose and perform repairs efficiently, aiming to complete most jobs on the first visit
  • Provide estimates for larger repair or replacement projects beyond budget limits
