Job description

On Time Delivery & Installation Service, LLC is a growing Florida-based delivery, installation, and logistics company serving residential and large-scale commercial clients statewide (hotels, home builders, multifamily/commercial redevelopment). We're expanding into plumbing-related scope and looking for a licensed Certified Plumbing Contractor (CPC) to serve as our qualifying agent.

What we're offering:
- Competitive monthly qualifier compensation (negotiable based on involvement level)
- Steady, established pipeline of commercial and residential work — you're not qualifying a shell operation
- Genuine operational involvement (we want real oversight, not a license-in-name-only arrangement)

What we need:
- Active, unencumbered Florida CPC license (not currently qualifying another entity)
- Willingness to provide reasonable oversight of plumbing work performed under the license
- Good standing with DBPR
