To become a PLS, individuals must typically complete education requirements, gain experience, and pass licensing exams.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a Professional Land Surveyor?

To thrive as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS), you need a strong background in mathematics, geospatial analysis, and land measurement, typically supported by a degree in surveying or a related field along with a state-issued PLS license.
